The service

We prepare and file a late Form 5472 with a pro forma Form 1120 and an attached reasonable cause statement, for the price shown at checkout for each tax year you engage us for (priced per year as dormant or active, per our published pricing). Preparation is by Arik Rozen, CPA, MBA, Virginia license #025991.

Our guarantee

If a penalty results from an error we made in preparing or filing your return, we will fix the filing and cover that penalty. This guarantee covers our own work. It does not guarantee any particular decision by the IRS, and it does not cover penalties arising from information you did not provide or provided incorrectly.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for giving us complete and accurate information about your entity and its transactions. We rely on what you provide.
